| Mahers Glassworks has an in house powdercoat line which gives us quick turn around times and enables us to ensure that the process adheres to the highest quality control possible. We do not trust any outside company with this part of the window prosess as it's crucial that the powdercoat stay adhered to the aluminium for its lifespan. AWA Members have a strict 7 year warranty that has its members warranty all powdercoat treatment on the window frame. If your windows are not manufactured by an accredited AWA member the warranty you get may be nil. To re-powdercoat all the windows in your house is a huge job and can be very expensive and messy. |  These photos show how powdercoat can peel off aluminium if not done correctly  |
